well last week  i went to see my  Psychiatrist my wife  went as well  she put my lithium up from 800mg to 1000mg  after my last blood test  she said my depression   has been going on for far to long now if  the lithium dont start working soon im going to be force to take a  antidepressant of some type  so  not look forward  to that   as befor i.ve ended up manic within a few weeks on friday i went to bipolar research group  everyone is so nice  went out drinking last nite with my mate had way to much to  drink  but it help me to cope  with things at moment

not done a lot over the 14 days  apart from bipolar  research Group the last two friday  did not go to mdf  last weekend i did not feel up to it im sick of puting on a front and telling everyone im fine when im not i just want to give in  i see my Psychiatrist later in the week still no news on my bus pass it will be  3 week on 22/02 since my independent medical assessment  the last few day i.ve been full of cold  today i got round to filling my esa50 form because it has to be back by friday you only get 4 weeks to send it back now you used to get 6 weeks befor  i had to copy some  Psychiatrist letter to send back with the form

today i went for  medical assessment for mobillity card to see if can keep it or not will find out in a few week.s time befor i went in the same doctor had a other person walk up and down  road then they went back in dont know if  i can say anything about my assessment so i wont say anything till i find out if can keep my pass or not  nottingham city council want to cut  down how many people who have mobillity card by 15% for a saveing of just over £700000 over 3 years but take off £380000 it.s costing them for the  assessments over the same 3 years

still feeling the same not any better just have to keep going .got bipolar group research again this friday the last 2 week at the group have been ok  still not around to filling my esa50 got 25th befor it.s need to go back  just cant get my head around it at the moment

my son tristan luis was born on 21/11/2011 at  7am  so today he his a week old  5 week of doing the school run is starting to makeing me so tired with the meds im on on the 17th i see my psychiatrist it went well  my mood was still low had my lithium was put from 400mg to 600mg as my lithium levels was 0.2mmol/l  i.ve 600mg for 5 days now so got to go for blood test in 2 days time  my moods now starting to pick up a bit after being down for over 8 months  took 2 of kids to cineworld over the last week so far i seen

not seeing my Psychiatrist till 12/01/2012  which i think is to long away  when out with my mate at weekend to wet the baby head  had a good nigth out got in 1.30 am tristan and wife was up  he was drinking his  milk  i did not  get up till 11.30 am then it was out to watch the football at my mates house did not get a football bet up over the weekend  there always one that let you down  i only do £1 bets just somethink to look forward to at 3pm

most of the time  my head is mess up with suicidal thoughts and voices  but have to keep together for my wife and kids so cant end up in hospital  and eastenders cancer story line last week made me cry for hours my first step dad die from cancer in 1984 i had  3 months off school to help my mum  look after him  i was 11years old at time..

i  feel like self harming so bad but i cant let my wife or kids down they need me here so i must carry on with the pain for now i phone the crisis team a few week back about much use as a chocolate teapot that it for now take care i will blog  again soon
